PvE mode
Stronger scaling of wolves etc. more monsters, pve quests etc. bosses hunting you etc. 1-X players.
I am sure you can think of many things to make it fun.
Survival PvP mode
Put in more natural threats. Like werewolf night, spawns more wolves and they ignore fires and lantern etc.
Like highwater / lava or something, burns/kills everything not on high ground for 1 minute.
Like Siren queen, spawns in middle of map, and if you dont build a fire every 20 seconds, you are bewitched and walk mindlessly towards the siren for 10 seconds.
I just tought of these on the run, can be many other things like simply make environment stronger.
