The lobby phase can completely ruin a game just by having an unexperienced, trolling or afking host. I would like to know how much the developer of an arcade game can influence the lobby mechanics. Is it possible to implement a vote kick to kick the host? Can you make it so that there are 10 seconds left after full lobby, so the host has a chance to balance a 6v6? Can you also make the perk screen accessable BEFORE the game, not after? And can you bring back the ffa option to public games so we don´t have to create a custom game, make it ffa and then make it public and hope that the players in the normal lobby will join the new lobby (which most of them don´t, which is why it´s so hard to get a ffa running). If you can answer any of these questions with yes, please consider them a suggestion then

I think adding a perk screen before a game is a great idea, this way, members of a team can also see who is experienced and who is not, leading to perhaps more experienced kobolds helping newer, greener kobolds learn the ropes in the game,
