I dont like it. He destroyed all things I liked in this game. 10-15-20 art stuff now better then 25 art. And I just noticed previous updates nerfed some stuff I liked too. Now I can't shadow cloak + siphon life strike right?

In other words RIP my favorite builds: 25 art and mage

uhm, what equipment? Liquidator got a huge buff, imo, Arbalest now scales with INT, which is great for mage builds... So I don´t know what your 25 art mage build is, but I don´t think it isn´t viable now

25 art is not mage, mage is 15 art. He nerfed/changed everything: arbalest, outlandish, dreadplate. Just what I can't now shadowcloak + siphon life strike make me no want to play.

Shadow cloak + siphon life as a mage build (with perhaps added heartpiercer) is incredibly powerful, if you're salty over the fact that you can't insta kill the most powerful of tanks, perhaps you should go back to the old KT.

On top of that, I´m pretty sure it got already changed last patch, so there shouldn´t be any difference regarding the double proc now...

It seems like it gained some spell penetration, but got nerfed in every other way possible.

Well, first change is that with the introduction of critical strikes the liquidator spellblade is the only weapon that really deals both high magic AND high physical damage with shadow cloak, since it has both WIL and DEX. The second big change is that it is now possible to micro effectively in a fight, because you don´t have any cooldowns on your blink ability as long as you attack kobolds and have mana for spells. In one game, I was able to burst down a fully equipped enemy just with siphon life, shadow cloak and an unstable concoction and still had enough mana to cast guardian spirit and escape with the blink it provided. The reason why the spellblade was underused before was probably the bad control of the blink. Most of the times you accidentally blinked in on the enemy and then somehow had to survive for 10 seconds, which is hard as squishy assassin. This 10 second limit now doesn´t exist any longer, making the liquidator so much more effective for assassinations.

Yea.. I can't say I enjoy this patch very much. I prefer the resource/chase/survival play over the instagib play.
Curious, are potions considered spells right now? Do you gain a blink charge after throwing?

Well, I have to admit that the overall damage output is a little higher now thanks to critical strikes, but except for that there should still be the same amount of resource gathering, chase and survival (even though I think that survival was never a problem for more experienced players) as before. It might seem like everyone dies faster because most people tried out the whirlwind, which is a glass cannon build. If you play as tank, you will note that you can survive a lot longer, probably even longer than you could in the patch before (because of the increased health regeneration from END).
The Liquidator might indeed be slightly imbalanced; it´s very hard to get, but also very strong once youßve got it, even against tanks. Maybe we need to adjust the STATs form 20 to 16 to keep it balanced, but I want to test it a bit more before saying it´s OP.
And yes, potions do count as spell for some reason. Do you think that should be changed? I liked how you could throw a powdered flask and instantly blink as soon as you are invisible, but I wouldn´t mind if it gets changed either.
