Tame Pheasants as Birds for Outpost

Perhaps Outpost Tame Bird ability could target a nearby walking Pheasant to pluck them as scout birds with a cooldown of X seconds, lowered by foraging by X amount. Then add another ability that Sends the Scout bird to fly along side this reworked Tame Bird ability
