What about making skill that revolves around magic? it would give mana regern, will power(percentage bonus), spell duration bonus, at 15 it would give range or something on 20 cooldown reduction and spell shield, on 25 enhance spells? It here will be chance for adding new skill or they will stay as they are?

Cool idea. Serious time investment to balance it, but it's good.
For now, there is room for more off hand smithy items. It would be cool to see a Str + Wil item or a Dex + Wil item, there are so few of those. I would also like to see Enhanced Frost Armor. While active, you can still run while freezing. If that's op (you could argue that if you really wanted to), then while active > enhanced regen or something.

Maybe make some magic items needs runology instead of art(some items you could make with any of them and some (opiopi) with both) and it would also allow to make trap like runes thats gives auras (buffs or debuffs). I want rune thats teleports you to another one (but you need wait for "shadow" to get there, like adepts teleportation) shade would appear after meditation for 5 sec, and would last 10 seconds and then teleport user
