I Can't seem to get the riddle about spell against the cold and releasing owls... can anyone help?

I have noticed the same. And I can't figure it out!
I also don't know about the brimming heart and brimming essence quest. I've found the brimming soul too, but I haven't gotten to do anything with it or found the other 2 brimming whatevers.
I've tried using crow keeper's bracers, but I can't figure it out either.

well I can't remember perfectly but
need to use the cursed druid scepter, send a the owl to an elder tree, not sure if it needs to be night and/or raining
